CEBU, Philippines - In celebration of the start of the Year of the Fire Monkey, Chinese Master Chef Aik Liang Tan beckons everyone to Feria, at Radisson Blue Cebu, to have the good fortune of savoring time-honored Chinese cuisine and enjoy traditional Chinese New Year celebration.

Today and tomorrow, February 7 and 8, a dinner buffet is served. Today, to usher in the auspicious year, a traditional “Yu-Sheng” toss is held. In both dinner buffets, guests may indulge in the extensive Chinese fare featuring favorites such as steamed grouper fish with silver golden garlic, steamed chicken with Chinese herb, poached drunken prawn with ginger and black fungus, fried blue crab with coconut cream and fragrant yam rice with dried chicken and Chinese sausage wrapped in lotus leaves. Along with the varied spread is the Chinese noodle station, roasted suckling pig, Peking duck, assorted dim sum, among many others.
