‘Meant to Be’ stars in Cebu today

CEBU, Philippines - GMA brings Cebuanos an early Christmas gift as the cast of its upcoming GMA Telebabad series “Meant to Be” holds two Kapuso Mall shows here today.

 Joining Kapuso best actress and Drama Sweetheart Barbie Forteza are her co-stars Jak Roberto, Addy Raj and Ivan Dorschner. The four will be in Gaisano Capital SRP in Talisay at 4 p.m. to entertain their fans and to promote their new project.

 The fun does not end there because Barbie, Jak, Addy and Ivan will then proceed to Gaisano Capital South in Cebu City for another Kapuso Mall Show at 6 p.m.

 “We are inviting all our Kapusong Cebuanos to join us in our back-to-back Kapuso Mall Shows this Saturday,” says Oliver Amoroso, Officer-in-Charge of GMA’s Regional TV Department.

 “We want you to have a memorable holiday season this year by bringing GMA stars closer to you. Our Kapusong Cebuanos will definitely witness first-hand the chemistry between Barbie and her co-stars in the upcoming GMA Telebabad series.”

 The light romance drama also features Ken Chan, Keempee de Leon, Sef Cadayona and the reunited 90’s Triplets Manilyn Reynes, Sheryl Cruz and Tina Paner. Also included in the cast are award-winning and veteran actress Gloria Romero, child actor Zymic Jaranilla and Mika Dela Cruz.

 “Meant to Be” tells the story of Billie (Barbie), and her pursuit of love, career and a complete family. In her journey, she will meet four guys with different nationalities: Jak, Addy, Ivan and Ken. Billie will have to choose among these men. This is another lead role for Barbie after her successful “That’s My Amboy” project ended last April. (FREEMAN)
