CICC gipalit sa Mandaue City

“The City of Mandaue will be paying 300 million for the acquisition of the building, now if we were to spend another further let say a billion and a half to 2 billion for the development of the property can you imagine how long would it take for the city to recover the cost?  That’s not even to mention ang katong atong magasto sa manpower sa utility sa operation,” matud ni Quisumbing.
