ME, YOU, SICK. To celebrate the dedication of a new chapel, a homeowners association decided to hold a nine-day celebration. But for the most part the “celebration” consisted of blasting loud music from speakers installed outside the chapel all day. The music of choice? Remixed disco music, sometimes bordering on the naughty and even obscene.
