FLAGGED. A man who drives his wife to work on their motorcycle says he often gets stopped by enforcers because they think he drives for Angkas. This was because he and his wife have matching helmets that also look like the official Angkas helmets.
The man said he thought it was cute to have matching helmets, now they want to get different ones to stop being flagged down.
