Scottish skirt

KILT. A young Pinoy fashion designer based in Scotland is toying with the idea of introducing to Filipinos the Scottish garment for men called the kilt. It's a knee-length pleated skirt and usually made of woolen tartan.

JAPAN. An Ear informer said this Pinoy fashion designer has introduced the kilt to fashion-minded young Japanese socialites many of whom have started trying the skirt for pleasure and fun.
