UMBRELLA. A Caucasian lady was seen and heard telling some people outside of a mall on Colon Street to always carry and use an umbrella during the hot season. She and her husband were seen using umbrellas as they walked down Colon.
COMMON. She said it is common for people to use umbrellas during the hot weather, not even very much during rainy days. The Caucasian lady said she was from Australia.
