LIABLE? The mother of a 13-year-old boy asked a high ranking police officer if her estranged husband is not liable for violation of the anti-gambling law for urging her son to bet in lotto almost every day as they live near a lottery outlet.

BETTING CARDS. She said the son has a "stock" of lotto betting cards under his pillow. "Mahadlok ko mobuyag sa kanhi kong bana kay isug ra ba ni kaayo mao nga miduol ko og polis nga bana sa akong kumare," she said.
