CEBU, Philippines – Before the year ends, runners will get to showcase their wares through the staging of the Sinulog Fun Run on December 30 at the Cebu City Sports Center.
There is only one distance to conquer, a five-kilometer footrace for everyone to enjoy.
The participants are expected to be in their best and in their festive costumes as exciting prizes await them.
The organizers will be giving away P5,000 for the best in costume in the men and women's division and a separate P5,000 for the best dressed group.
The biggest running club will also get P5,000.
On the other hand, the champion in both the men and women's category will take home P10,000, while the first runner-up will pocket P5,000.
The third to fifth will get P3,000, P2,000 and P1,500, respectively. The sixth to 10th will go home with P1,000.
Entry fee is pegged at P300 inclusive of a race bib, finisher's shirt and refreshment.
