Special Beef Dishes for the Man Of The House

CEBU, Philippines — Everyone may celebrate the man of the house with a dining experience he deserves. At the Pig & Palm, one of Chef Jason Atherton’s 17 restaurants worldwide and first in the Philippines, a selection of special beef dishes this June awaits the family.

On Father’s Day – Sunday June 17 – the family may indulge in a 21-day, dry-aged Prime Beef Wellington using meat from Suffolk, England which serves 10 and is available for pre-order until June 12. Head Chef Karl Emsen pairs this traditional British dish with creamy truffle mashed potatoes and honey-glazed carrots.

For the whole month of June, diners may delight their palates with The Pig & Palm’s beautifully-marbled 35-day, dry-aged Prime Ribeye Steak served with peppercorn sauce and triple-cooked chips on the side. It’s available for lunch and dinner.

Chef Jason Atherton has four restaurants awarded with a Michelin Star – Pollen Street Social, Social Eating House and the City Social in London, and The Clocktower in New York City. The Pig & Palm has been hailed as one of the Top 20 Restaurants in the Best Restaurants Guide for 2018 by T. Dining. The restaurant is open Tuesdays to Sundays from 11 a.m. onwards, and is located at the MSY Tower, Pescadores Road, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.
