Quality and Convenience To-Go

Yasunari Ramon Suarez Taguchi - The Freeman

CEBU, Philippines - Hot on the heels of opening the first "deli2Go" in the Philippines last year, Pilipinas Shell recently opened the first "deli2Go" branch in the region at the Shell Station in Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City. The concept is along the company's move to redefine customer experience in gasoline stations.

The first "deli2Go" in Cebu takes after its counterparts in the United Kingdom and in Malaysia - where freshly baked goodies, scrumptious sandwiches and hot meals can be enjoyed with a selection of coffee brews and choice beverages at gas stations.

Well aware of the evolving needs of customers, the new "deli2Go" in Shell Pusok is backed by a number of in-station enhancements, like well-appointed air conditioned restrooms and a new waiting lounge for its Shell Helix Oil Change + lube bay, among others.

With plans to open more "deli2Go" branches in Cebu, Pilipinas Shell is doing all it can to uplift the concept of to-go food - with "deli2Go" as a place where the quality of food is as important as convenience. (FREEMAN)
