CEBU, Philippines – SUN Cellular endorser and actress/commercial model Carla Abellana visited Cebu to celebrate Sinulog with subscribers last January 16.

Following the meet and greet was the search for the Sinulog Festival Queen at Cebu City Sports Center, where Carla awarded Crystal Star Aberasturi as Miss Sun Cellular.
