Lenovo concept store for gamers opens in Cebu

CEBU, Philippines —  Mobility device maker Lenovo Philippines opens the first concept store dedicated for online gamers in Cebu.

In partnership with Cebu’s technology gadgets solutions provider industry, Thinking Tools Inc., (TTI), Lenovo is poised to gain stronger grip in fast growing online gaming market in Cebu and other parts of Visayas and Mindanao.

Called the “Legion Store” located at the second floor of SM City Cebu’s cyberzone area, the experiential store showcases Lenovo’s top-of-the-line gaming devices such as monitors, towers, laptops, and peripherals and accessories.

According to Lenovo Philippines president and country general manager Michael Ngan, second Legion Store is the second gaming concept store opened by the company the Philippines. The first one was opened in February last year.

“Putting up a Legion store in the Philippines’ major cities is a significant stride for Lenovo. We work very hard in developing best-performing devices and part of the goal is to make these products accessible,” Ngan said.

Ngan said PC and Laptop upgrade expenses are driven by the eGaming sector, which is a fast growing community in the Philippines.

Legion is Lenovo’s dedicated gaming brand which offers a wide range of products designed to provide a complete and immersive experience.

Launched in 2017, the Legion line has established a significant foothold in the Philippines and was even recognized by global market research company GFK as one of the fastest-growing PC gaming brands.
