P10T off on remaining 148 Residences units

CEBU, Philippines - The  holidays will truly be filled with cheer if one would gift a loved one with a condominium unit at 148 Residences in downtown Cebu City as developer Johndorf Ventures Corp. (JVC) offers a P10,000  discount for an outright purchase.

That would be a P20,000 discount if one would opt to buy outright adjacent units to have a more specious condominium home with a separate bedroom, according to Michelle D. Chiu, JVC sales and marketing manager.

Chiu said JVC wants to sell out the remaining units at 148 Residences as the current year ends for JVC to focus its efforts and resources in its next project, a mid-range subdivision development in Mactan Island, and its coming first venture in Davao City.

“All units are now ready for occupancy,” she said, adding that more than 70 units are now currently being occupied by their buyers.

Most residents are entrepreneurs, professionals, expats, resident foreigners, tourists and students from abroad and elsewhere in the country who have opted to settle or maintain a home in Cebu.

A JVC in-house property management team assists not only 148 Residences occupants but also those living in other projects and those of its direct subsidiary, Prohomes Development, Inc.

“We are pleased to see 148 Residences now standing proud and prominently relevant to the community,” remarked Chiu.

If not through outright purchase, one may acquire a unit with the payment deferred within one year at zero interest. One may also acquire it through bank financing or through Pag-IBIG at an anchor price now of  P1.25 million for a studio.

Launched in May 2012, it took JVC only six months to top off the erection of the 10-storey building located beside what is now historical Hotel de Mercedez on Pelaez St. near Colon.

JVC encourages buyers to acquire adjacent units for more space, turning them into 2-bedroom units. It also offers commercial units at the ground floor that can be set-up as coffee shops, convenience stores, and business offices.

The first condominium project of Johndorf in Cebu, 148 Residences is close to schools such as the University of San Carlos, University of San Jose - Recoletos, University of Cebu and the University of the Visayas.

The property is good for investors who may want to lease out their studios with the big demand now on rental for residential use, an option still consistent with the company slogan: “A home for everyone.”

JVC prides itself in building communities that provide convenience, quality, comfort, safety and affordability for every Filipino.  (FREEMAN)
