"The toll hike was for the debt servicing of the Skyway but trucks are not even allowed to use the elevated portion so why make us pay higher toll rates?" asked Nilo Gajo, vice president for internal affairs of the Confederation of Truckers’ Association of the Philippines (CTAP).
