Just look at our horrendous P4.063 trillion debt – as of last December. Half of the government’s foreign debt is in the form of direct obligations which amounted to P815.9 billion in December 2003, up from P704 billion in 2002. These were obligations incurred during the three and a half years of GMA’s presidency.
