PSB Rc90, formerly PR25989, was a selection of CVLMROS from a pool of segregating lines developed by the Philippine Rice Research Institute.

PSB Rc90 yields nearly 4.5 tons of rice per hectare at salinity level up to three millimhos per centimeter.
