Teresita Baluyos, Anselmo Roque and Noel Provido were elevated to the Hall of Fame of the Professional Media Award by the Los Baños-based Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Council for Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCARRD) at the recent 38th anniversary program of PCARRD, the agency founded in 1972 to coordinate, evaluate, and monitor government-funded agriculture, forestry, and natural resources research in the country.
