A couple was killed early yesterday morning when the motorcycle they were on smashed into a truck parked along Roxas Boulevard in Parañaque City.


Police Officer 3 Alipio Dimaano, officer-on-case, identified the victims as Mark Arthur de Villa, 26, and his wife Edith, 29, residents of Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas City.


The two sustained serious head injuries and fractures in the other parts of their bodies. Mark Arthur, who was driving, was killed on the spot while Edith died while on the way to the San Juan De Dios Hospital.

Nabatid na nagtamo ng malubhang pinsala sa kanilang mga katawan at ulo ang mag-asawa. Si Mark Arthur na siyang nagmamaneho sa motorsiklo ay namatay noon din, habang si Edith naman ay nasawi habang isinusugod sa pagamutan.
