A flotilla of small boats, some "de sagwan" and others motorized, head off to sea.  The boats, ferrying husband and wife teams, fathers and sons, brothers and their wives, grandfathers and grandchildren, went through rows and rows of seaweed plots,  bobbing bouys and makeshift floating styrofoam markers.
