Around 400 volunteers were involved in Cebu City alone during the SEA Games.

To get their certificates, the volunteers must bring their SEA Games identification card.

PSC-VII still has to verify from its main office whether the certificates they received earlier also include the volunteers of Mandaue and Danao.

Today, representatives of the three cities are attending a technical assembly for the MYG.

Cebu City will be represented by Cebu City Sports Commission executive director Allan Torrevillas while Mandaue will have Cheryl Ouano.

Councilor Oscar "Boying" Rodriguez is taking the cudgels for Danao.

The MYG features five sports, but the three cities invited have not yet made any confirmation as to what events they will be joining in.
