Deca Homes Baywalk to spur jobs in Talisay

-

CEBU, Philippines – Cebu’s real estate industry remains dynamic as 8990 Housing Development Corporation recently launched its latest project, the Deca Homes Baywalk Talisay.

Construction manager Alexander Ace Sotto said this investment would translate to employment, tax generation and homes, aptly describing the effect as multiplicative.

The launching of Deca Homes Baywalk Talisay was graced by Talisay City Mayor Socrates Fernandez.

Mayor Fernandez said the project “is not only accidental but also very providential” adding that the place is first-rate and one of the best places in Talisay considering the beach view, cool breeze and lots pegged at a very affordable price.

Located in Brgy. Dumlog, Talisay City, the subdivision faces the beach. Sotto said the subdivision will have a small strip of land near the sea, the Baywalk, where subdivision facilities will be built such as a mini-park, a children’s playground, a multi-purpose hall and a basketball/volleyball court.

Deca Homes Baywalk Talisay is a sprawling nine-hectare property that can accommodate a thousand houses.

The formal launching, ribbon cutting, blessing and capsule laying was also attended by Brgy. Captain Charles Basillote, Brgy Captain Osmundo Manreal, representatives from the Office of the Building of Official, the officers and staff of 8990 Housing Development Corporation.

8990 Housing Development Corporation is known for its low-cost housing projects in strategic locations such as Minglanilla, Mactan, Mandaue and Danao and in other parts of the country. (Barbara Anne B. Ocaba)
