Investigation showed that the suspect, SPO2 Eduardo Valencia, 45, together with SPO3 Leopoldo Ignacio and municipal radio operator Daniel de Guzman, entered the Elizabeth restaurant in Barangay Sta. Cruz at about 3 a.m.
