Almoro explained Valera will not be allowed to leave the country without the permission of the court.

Fernandez revealed that a total of 10,498 of the approved applications were filed with the main office of the bureau in Intramuros, Manila while the rest were filed with various Philippine consulates abroad.

Rudolf Keikut, 55, is currently detained at the BI jail in Bicutan, Taguig City while awaiting deportation proceedings.
He was arrested last Nov. 30 in Davao City.
