                    [Summary] =>

I am probably one of the worst uncles/godfathers of any child. I never remember birthdays and I usually buy something my niece or nephew/godchild won’t like (because – unlike the younger me – they know much better). I don’t have disposable income to lavish on them nor can I actually dispense any knowledge that will actually help them in any way.

                    [Summary] => Hale and Bamboo topped the nominations with five nods each and were expected to go home with the lion’s share of trophies. But when the envelopes were opened at the First MYX Music Awards held at Onstage Greenbelt in Makati City last Tuesday, June 6, the voting fans came up with a very different story. Hale and Bamboo, the big guns of 2005, went home empty-handed. The MMA had instead Cueshé, Rivermaya and Rachelle Ann Go as leaders of its first batch of happy awardees.
