Ayon sa imbestigasyon ng pulisya, dakong alas- 11:45 ng gabi nang matagpuan ng isang Rolando Rivera sa Liwanag St. Brgy. Old Balara ang biktima na nakahandusay at naliligo sa sariling dugo.
