Senior Fire Officer 1 Sammy Guzman, arson investigator, said the blaze started at around 7:35 p.m. inside the house of a certain Felicidad Corral located at the corner of Bautista corner Durango streets in Barangay Palanan.


He said the flames quickly spread to neighboring houses. No one was hurt in the incident.


Guzman said Corral’s 22-year-old son Alvin was watching television when he saw the ceiling of their house in flames.
