The irony is not lost on me: in the middle of last week’s torrential  downpour, and some isolated flooding, I made my way through the Cultural  Center of the Philippines’ catacomb-like inner sanctum for an interview  with Margie Moran, president of Ballet Philippines Foundation Inc.,  whose company is opening its 42nd season with Encantada, a full-length  modern ballet that includes Mother Nature’s grief in the form of a  catastrophic deluge.
