[Summary] => A 21-year-old Army reservist was killed while a bystander was wounded when a drunken policeman shot them during an altercation over a guest relations officer at a KTV bar in Marikina City last Sunday.
Ryan Caranto, a reservist of the Philippine Army at Fort Bonifacio, was hit in the chest and left shoulder. He was declared dead on arrival at the SDS Medical Center.
Bystander Richard Tan, 20, of Concepion Uno, was hit in the right chest. He is now fighting for his life at the Amang Rodriguez Medical Center.
