Vintage Television executive producer Chino Trinidad was named yesterday new
commissioner of the Philippine Basketball League (PBL), filling the position
left by Yeng Guiao.

The PBL board made the announcement after its annual board meeting where Blu
and Boom Detergents team owner Dioseldo Sy was elected as chairman, succeeding
Chowking's Robert Kuan.

Welcoat's Raymond Yu was elected vice chairman while Ana's Rudy Mendoza, Boom's
Silliman Sy and Chowking's Jesse Chua were elected treasurers. Atty.
