[Title] => Breaking the relationship code
[Summary] =>
Every generation comes with its own social norms, codes created to make life easier. For Moses and his gang, it was the 10 commandments. For the 90s crew, it was Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus. For others, its The Rules, a self-help book devoted to retro techniques for capturing Mr. Right. Instead of major religious figures, people have turned to self-help gurus like Oprah and Dr. Phil to figure out lifes greater issues. Forget morals and codes of conduct.

[Title] => RP must upgrade ICT hardware German expert
[Summary] => The Philippines should start upgrading its information and communications technology (ICT) hardware if it does not want to find itself left behind such countries as Vietnam and Thailand.
According to Eric A. Behrendt, director of Krone, a Germany-based connectivity provider, Vietnam and Thailand appear to have leap-frogged over the Philippines in terms of the latest hardware needed to receive faster and larger amounts of data.
Vietnam and Thailand, Behrendt observed, are already using the latest cable patchcords classified as Category 6 systems for high speed networks.
