[Summary] => My apologies to the operators of buses that need to be phased out, but my objective view is to really rid the metro, especially EDSA of buses that are dilapidated, unsafe and those that have unacceptable emissions. And going by age, as a starter to produce a short list, is by far the most ideal process in establishing a clearer standard.
