                    [Summary] => CEBU CITY — After more than 20 hours of fighting for her life at the intensive care unit, the chief dietician of Chong Hua Hospital who was hacked with a butcher’s knife by a subordinate last Tuesday, has died.


Dr. Wyben Briones, the attending physician of 46-year-old Antonia Miaga, declared in the death certificate that she died at about 10:35 a.m. the other day due to severe loss of blood from the hack wounds she had sustained from the sudden attack by food server Nestor Jabonero.

The victim, Antonia Miaga, 46, had just finished eating her lunch at about 1:30 p.m. and was washing her hands at a sink in the kitchen of Chong Hua Hospital when Nestor Dennis Jabonero attacked her from behind.
