The ERC said this new batch brought the total number of generation companies (gencos) with COCs to 28.

ERC chairman Manuel R. Sanchez said the new batch of gencos supplies portion of the National Power Corp.’s power requirement in Mindanao grid through the PNOC-Energy Development Corp. (PNOC-EDC).
