Granting the motion of the four US Marines accused of raping a 22-year-old Filipina, Pozon made the ruling after the prosecution did not make any objection.


The four accused US servicemen are Lance Corporals Daniel Smith, Keith Silkwood and Dominic Duplantis and Staff Sgt. Chad Carpentier.

The best proof is the fact that we don’t celebrate Labor Day on the same day as the United States. The US celebrates Labor Day on the 1st Monday of September, thus establishing a continuous three-day holiday, which is what GMA was trying to achieve.
