Yes, I was lucky enough to watch Blur, The Strokes, the Stereophonics, and the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, among other bands at the Summer Sonic gigs. Something that was very essential to a person obsessed over music but unfortunately lives in a country that is visited only by cosmically musical heavyweights like M2M, Plumb, Survivor and the Cheeky Girls. The day before, I had a chat with Radioheads Jonny and Collin Greenwood. Nice chaps witty, down-to-earth and amusingly sarcastic (not to me, though). Hard to associate the Greenwood brothers with the foreboding, darkly ambient music they create with the rest of the guys in Radiohead.
