The 31-year-old Antetokounmpo thus ended his Bucks stint that started when he was drafted back in 2013.
He is leaving Milwaukee as a one-time champion, one-time Finals Most Valuable Player and two-time season MVP.
He is arguably one of the greatest Bucks in franchise history.
Last season, he averaged 27.6 points, 9.8 rebounds and 5.34 assists per game in 36 games.
The Bucks, however, failed to make the postseason as they ended with a 32-50 win-loss record, good for 11th in the East.
For his part, Portis averaged 13.7 points, 6.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists per contest in 67 games.
The two players will team up with All-Star Bam Adebayo, who scored 83 points in a game last season.
Meanwhile, Herro is expected to be the focal point of the offense for the Bucks moving forward. The former 13th overall pick averaged 20.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.1 assists a contest in 33 games.
Jaquez had his best season last year for Miami, as he averaged 15.4 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.7 assists a contest, all career-highs.
Ware and Jakucionis, on the other hand, were rising stars for the Heat, who finished with a 43-39 record last season.
Miami, however, fell in the play-in tournament against the Charlotte Hornets.
