MANILA, Philippines — The Pampanga Delta captured their third straight National Basketball League-Pilipinas (NBL) title, bagging the President’s Cup with an 86-83 victory over Bulacan DF Republicans last Sunday at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center.
