LBC stagfest semis set Friday

MANILA, Philippines — The Luzon Breeders Cup (LBC) 9-Stag Derby enters its semifinal round on Friday with over 150 fights starting at 10 a.m. at Pasay City Cockpit.

A total of 278 participants saw action in the first three rounds with 67 breeders leading the race with two wins each, 13 with 1.5 points and 102 with one point, according to Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association (LGBA) president Nick Crisostomo.

Set B elims and semifinals are slated at PCC on Aug. 2, 9, 12 and 16. Other upcoming skeds in the provinces: July 27 (Lucena Cockpit Arena and Sta. Monica Cockpit), July 31 (New Malolos Cockpit), Aug. 3 (Caba Amusement Center-La Union).
