Archers target 3rd win in row

MANILA, Philippines — Reigning titlist La Salle shoots for its third straight win against rookie-laden National University even as Adamson and University of the East each aim to chalk up their first victory in the UAAP season 81 women’s volleyball at the Filoil Flying V Center in San Juan today.

The Lady Spikers rolled to a 2-0 start after besting archrival Ateneo and Adamson and look to sustain their winning ways in their 2 p.m. matchup with the Lady Bulldogs.

The Lady Falcons and the Lady Warriors, losers in their first two assignments, battle at 4 p.m.

Rookie Jolina dela Cruz led the way for DLSU in its win over AdU the last time out but fellow newbies Ivy Lacsina and Princess Robles also made a mark in NU’s bounce-back win against UE.
