MANILA, Philippines — Tacloban kept its hopes for the last semis seat alive with a 25-11, 25-12, 25-19 drubbing of also-ran Adamson-Akari in the Premier Volleyball League Season 2 Open Conference at the Filoil Flying V Center yesterday.

Dimdim Pacres hammered 17 points while Jovie Prado dropped 13 as the Fighting Warays improved to  6-7 for solo fifth.

The Lady Falcons, further hurt with the absence of injured Bernadette Flora and Lea Perez, are still without a win to show in their 11th outing.
