MANILA, Philippines - Flying V and Centro Escolar U clash for the second time in three days as they dispute the right to face Cignal HD in the finals of the PBA D-League Foundation Cup at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig today.
The Scorpions used a strong start to stun the Thunder, 93-72, in Game Two of their best-of-three semis series last Tuesday, dealing the latter’s first defeat in the tournament and forcing a playoff for the other championship berth.

The Hawkeyes took the first finals seat by sweeping the Marinerong Pilipino Skippers, 87-64, in their side of the Final Four.
“It’s all-out war (today),” said CEU coach Yong Garcia, whose wards shackled the Thunder gunners to seize control in the early going of Game Two. “The pressure is on them. Nobody expected us to make it this far but since we’re here already, there is nothing wrong in aiming for the championship.”
