FIGBA derby 2nd elims under way

MANILA, Philippines – Action in the FIGBA National Bakbakan 12-stag derby heats up today with the staging of the second national eliminations at the Roligon Mega Cockpit.

Sixty fights ushered in the first round elims last Tuesday with the other qualifiers slated on Saturday and Nov. 29 followed by the four-stag semifinals on Dec. 1.

FIGBA is backed by 37 gamefowl breeders associations nationwide with more than 6,000 active members.

Bakbakan 2016 is co-presented by Thunderbird the Winning Formula and B-MEG Integra Power Maxx and held in cooperation with Excellence Poultry and Livestock Specialists, Lakpue Drug Inc., Hagibis, Salto, Vitarich Titan, Vio-Plus, Pit Fighter, and Mad Science.
