MANILA, Philippines – Top Asian bets slug it out for karting supremacy in the second round of the Petron Tri-Activ Asian Karting Open Championships on July 29-31 at the Carmona Racetrack in Brgy. Bangkal, Carmona, Cavite.
Powerhouse China and Hong Kong have been installed as the early favorites to wrest the crown from the hosts in the premier karting event sanctioned by the world governing Commission Internationale de Karting- Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (CIK-FIA).
China will be bannered by Zhang Haopeng and Yuxen Wu while Kent Tsui will lead the charge of the Hong Kong bets in the event sponsored by Petron, Petron Blaze 100 Euro 4, Petron XCS, Petron Ultron, Petron Xtra and Petron Sprint.
