MANILA, Philippines – Chiang Kai Shek College shoots for its eighth Aspirants Division (13-years-and-under) crown as it faces MGC New Life today in the Filipino Chinese Amateur Athletic Association (FCAAF) Boys Basketball Tournament at the CKS College Main Gymnasium.

Game time is set at 9:30 a.m. with the Blue Dragons out to score a repeat over the MGC New Life side and bolster their claim as one of toughest Fil-Chinese schools in the country.

The Dragons advanced to the winner-take-all final by downing St. Stephen’s High School in the semis while MGC New Life earned another crack at the crown with an impressive victory over Jubilee Christian Academy.

Sunny Co, one of the finest Fil-Chinese shooters in the 70s and a member of the management committee, said top officials of the FCAAF are expected to grace the match backed by Molten.

St. Stephen’s and Jubilee were relegated to a battle for third slated at 8 a.m.

Other schools that took part in the event are Phil. Cultural College, Pace Academy, St. Jude Catholic School, St. Mary Academy of Valenzuela, St. Peter the Apostle School, Philadelphia High School, Grace Christian College, and Uno High School.
