Flying V backs Cannonball 2016

MANILA, Philippines - Cannonball 2016, the country’s biggest motorsport event, will kick off at the Oxford Hotel and Casino in Clark, Pampanga on Jan. 8.

Cannonball 2016 organizers Joey Almeda and Danby Henares announced that the event is open to all cars and motorcycles.

Joey Guillermo, one of the representatives of Flying V, will take part, along with Chua Peng Chai, representing Brunei Riders.

The Cannonball 2015’s last staging saw a parade of super cars such as Ferrari, Maserati, Jaguar, Aston Martin, BMW and Porsche, together with Mazda, Chrysler, Morgan, Peugeot, Mahindra and motorcycles KTM, BMW, Ducati, MV Agusta Husqvarna, Honda, Suzuki, Vespa and TVS.

The novel format of the run will have both cars and motorcycles traversing scenic routes all over North Luzon in over 1,000 kilometers in just 24 hours.
