Revilla Cup 7-cock derby set
MANILA, Philippines - The Revilla Cup seven-cock invitational derby will be held Dec. 7, 9, and 11 with the country’s leading breeders participating at the Cavite Coliseum and Derby Center in Bacoor. Cavite.
The Revilla Cup, now on its 20th year, has a guaranteed prize of P3,000,000, with the pot money at P55,000 and minimum bet at P22,000. The handler and gaffer of the winning entry will receive P100,000 and P50,000 respectively. Required weight is from 1.8 to 2.5 Kgs.
Submission of weights will be on Dec. 6, 8, and 10 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The derby, which will start at 6 p.m., will be hosted by Sen. Ramon Bong Revilla Jr. and assisted by chairman Ramon Revilla, Atty. Rudy Salud, Gerry Ramos, Makati Vice Mayor Nestor Mercado and Imus Mayor Homer Saquilayan.
The event is sponsored by Pagcor with part of the proceeds to go to the RRJ Scholarship Foundation Incorporated.
