Aparri heads World Slasher semis roster

MANILA, Philippines - The World Slasher Cup-2 Hawaiian Invitational eight-cock derby holds its semifinals today with 80 fights lined up starting at 2 p.m. at the Araneta Coliseum.

Eddie Aparri, whose two entries swept four matches in Group A eliminations last Monday, heads the semis cast in the five-day event hosted by the Pintakasi of Champions and co-presented by Thunderbird SabongNation.

Fighting in tandem with Art de Castro, Aparri’s unscathed entries are Art Ed As Thunderbee and Ed Art As Creekside.
