“And since its inception three years ago, we won every race of the Hillclimb Championship using Yokohama Tires, a true testament to the superiority of the Advan tires,” he added.

Anton’s teammate, Dennis Aoyong of Hornitex-Total-Yokohama, figured in a crash, almost flipping his car and damaging his suspension while gunning for the best time of the day.

Aoyong ended the year losing his Group 3 crown to fellow Baguio racer Jason Dipasupil of Special Stage Team.
