Drag racing on at Clark

The country’s ace speedsters gun for crucial wins as they try to fortify their title bids in the third and penultimate leg of the 2008 Pagcor Drag Racing Championships-Northern Series today at the Clark International Speedway (CIS) Drag Strip in Clark Ecozone, Pampanga.

Some 120 participants are expected to come armed to the teeth as they bid to become the pioneer champions of this event sanctioned by the Automobile Association Philippines and sponsored by Pagcor Sports, San Miguel Corporation, Pilipinas Shell, Yokohama, and the Clark Development Corporation.

Titles to be contested are in the premier Quick 8, Pro, Expert, Sportsman and Hotstreet classes.
